• Your Transaction History: Transfer amounts, purpose of your transfers, how often you do transfers and the
relationship between you and your recipients. We collect this information to comply with anti-money laundering and know your customer (KYC) requirements.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We use your personal data to comply with laws and regulations, including know-your-customer (KYC), anti-money laundering, sanctions legislation, fraud, counter-terrorism financing, and complaint handling.

Olympic International Pty Ltd uses the Document Verification Services (DVS) providers to confirm your identity, ensuring documents are valid and not expired or cancelled. Anonymous or pseudonymous interactions are not permitted due to legal and practical reasons.
HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR DATA?
We employ industry-accepted technical and organizational measures to protect the information you submit to us. We protect your sensitive personal data, such as bank account number, credit card number, date of birth, and government-issued identification documents, using encryption in transit and encryption at rest.

As a regulated financial institution, we are required by law to retain some of your personal and transactional information after you close your account with us. Please keep in mind that by using our services, you expressly consent to us retaining your personal data (including data related to your transactions, as well as our collection and verification of your identity) for at least 7 years after your legal relationship with us ends.
